Waltz's Ark is currently providing quality American Quarter Horses. Our focus is on reining and all-around performance horses. Take a look below at what we have going on.

Basic San Tango is our fabulous buckskin stallion. Born May 10, 1996, he's been out earning reining points. He is the 2001 Moab AQHA Spring Circuit Champion. In just 6 AQHA shows, he accumulated 4.5 performance points. He's got a heart as big as Colorado, and a tremendous desire to please! Illness early on delayed his show career a bit, but he's firmly on track and in the spotlight now. You'll see him at various AQHA and NRHA events around the area.

Tango has a beautiful coloring, you just have to see him in person as pictures just don't do him justice! His sire is Mr. Basic Black , out of Checkmate King Glo. His dam is Santango Muffin, out of Hy Santango. Tango's first daughter is this completely black, perfect little filly out of AQHA mare Frosted Squaw:

Basic San Tango is currently standing at Weaver Performance Horses, now doing business at Graceland Equestrian Park in Morgan, Utah. He was started under many time AQHA and APHA World Champion trainer Bub Poplin (who just returned from the 2001 NRHA finals in November a winner!!), and his training is continuing under one of Bub's sons, assistant Mack Weaver. Mack has a lengthy winning show career, with many wins and championships to his credit. Tango and Mack have formed a unique bond, and this duo will be smoking up arenas with awesome sliding stops and dizzying spins throughout 2002 and beyond.

Current fee for 2002 is set at $750. Shipped semen always possible, call for availability and costs. Discounts are given for 4H and FFA participants.
