Please bear in mind that we don't ship produce, so you'll have to come and fetch from the Ark. This page is mostly for those within driving distance at this time, and to give you an idea of organic seed that will be available for the following year. But who knows what the future will bring?

All of our produce, herbs, etc. are grown organically, as Nature intended, with NO genetically modified seeds, NO chemical pesticides, NO chemical fertilizers, and NO nonsense! We are proud to announce that we are now Certified Organic by the State of Colorado Department of Agriculture.

This spring, there will be a wide variety of fresh mixed early salad greens available, along with anything else we can coax out of the ground early.

This is what will be available through the growing season of 2002, if Nature cooperates:
Mixed salad greens and lettuces, along with mixed Asian and Japanese greens
Spinach, two to three varieties
Carrots, two to three unusual varieties
Tomatoes, several different varieties, including heirlooms
Squash, three to four unusual varieties
Chard
Radishes, including the heirloom Black Spanish
Sweet Peppers
Hot Peppers
Cucumbers, two to three varieties, including heirloom varieties
Garlic
Chives
Edible flowers for your salad treats
Various medicinal and culinary herbs
There may even be a few unusual food surprises!

We will be working with many heirloom varieties, for flavors and produce not seen in your local grocery stores, and many items will be unlike anything you will find in your common farmer's markets.

Stop by the Ark during the summer and see what's growing that will tempt your taste buds and delight the eyes! And check back here through the growing season to see what seeds might be coming available from our produce. As soon as items are up and producing, they'll be updated here on the site.
